OrthoDykes is a group for Orthodox Jewish lesbians. It exists to have a place where Orthodox lesbians can meet or talk with other Orthodox lesbians. It is for women who are currently frum (Orthodox) or who are seriously considering becoming frum.
Women who used to be frum but aren't anymore are welcome as well, provided that they agree to be respectful of Orthodoxy. The group is primarily for those who want to be Orthodox, and they must respect that.
Bisexual women who are partnered with other women are welcome as well, as are TS women who are living full time as women.
There will be no pre-checks of women who want to attend the group. Women are expected to read this notice and to draw their own conclusions about the appropriateness of their participation. If problems occur, women not abiding by this notice may be asked to leave.
If you are unsure whether the group is appropriate for you or whether
you are appropriate for the group, please speak with one of the organizer.
You can write to Devo or call the Jerusalem Open House for more details. You
can also use the anonymous mail utility on this site, if you'd rather not
use your own e-mail account.

We generally meet on the last Tuesday of every month, although it is suggested you call to confirm at least two days beforehand. Our meeting usually take place at the Jerusalem Open House. Please call before to confirm location.
The Jerusalem Open House asks a contribution of 10 shekels per person for attending these meetings. If you are a member of the JOH, it is only 5 shekels. Membership itself is 50 to 200 shekels per year.
This group is a work in progress. How it develops is up to the women who attend. If there are enough women who want to have meetings more often, we can have them. If there's something you'd like to do, come to a meeting and suggest it.
